AI Use Policy

Last Updated: May 18, 2025

At André Daus Coaching and Consulting, we create original content — including articles, videos, podcasts, and client insights — to support human learning, growth, and strategic thinking. This content is intended for people, not machines.

Use of Content in AI Systems

You may not use any content from this site to train, fine-tune, or enhance machine learning or artificial intelligence models without prior written permission.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Scraping or copying text, video, or audio content into datasets
  • Using content in prompt engineering or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • Submitting content to commercial or open-source model training pipelines

Permitted Use with Attribution

You may:

  • Reference or quote content for human use
  • Summarize material in human-written or AI-assisted work only if:
    • You include a clear attribution with a link to the original source
    • You preserve the original context and intent

Strictly Prohibited Use Cases

  • Inclusion in AI model training datasets, open or closed
  • Use in tools that simulate or impersonate the author or brand
  • Automated summarization or redistribution without attribution
  • Use of client project content in any AI context

Enforcement

We actively monitor misuse of our content in AI datasets and outputs. Violations may result in:

  • Requests for removal
  • DMCA takedown notices
  • Legal action for intellectual property infringement

We also report violations to AI developers and dataset maintainers when appropriate.
